As the President of the New York State Tax Study Group, Mitchell Lapidus has assisted clients in a number of trust, taxation and estate matters. He has provided counsel on business and personal affairs, such as formulating wills, and has helped business enterprises organize their financial structure both domestically and internationally. He and Mr. Fersko were partners for many years in the Firm of Tanner Propp Fersko and Sterner. Mr. Lapidus received his law degree and LLM in taxation from New York University, where he was on scholarship.
Recently Mitchell Lapidus was named to Worth's Top 100 Attorneys list, to be published in the December 2005 issue of the magazine.
