Marina Shepelsky is well-versed in the the fields of trademarks, trust and estates, commercial litigation, and immigration issues.

In addition to her legal experience, Ms. Shepelsky has a biology background and served as the Associate Editor of the Fordham Environmental Law Journal. In 2002 she was the recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award for Pro Bono work while at Fordham Law School. Ms. Shepelsky received her B.A. in biology from New York University and her J.D. from Fordham University, where she was on the Dean’s List.

Ms. Shepelsky is admitted to practice before the courts of New York and New Jersey.
