Sedesh Doobay is experienced in both corporate transactions and commercial litigation matters. In particular, his work is concentrated on representing information technology companies and biotechnology companies in transactional and licensing matters.

In corporate transactional matters, Mr. Doobay has handled debt and equity financing, public company filings, licensing and corporate formation and governance, technology transfer agreements, manufacturing and distribution agreements, mergers, acquisitions and restructuring.

In commercial litigation matters, Mr. Doobay has handled suits involving breach of contract, patent, copyright and trademark infringement, securities fraud, and ERISA. He has also serves as general counsel to various international and local non-profit and charitable organizations as part of the firm’s commitment to pro bono work.

Mr. Doobay received his litigation training at Pepper Hamilton (Philadelphia office) and for two years was an associate in the Business and Finance Group at Mintz Levin Cohen Ferris Glovsky & Popeo (New York City office). He received his B.A. in Political Science/Public Administration from Fordham University where he was on the Dean’s List, and his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law where he was also on the Dean’s List.

Mr. Doobay is admitted to practice before State and Federal courts of New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
